Another one of my hobbies is snowmaking. I have been successful in making homemade snow for my ramp in my backyard. This is possible by using an aircompressor, a hose, and a snowgun made out of piping and nozzles. The air and the water combine in the snow gun and are forced out the nozzle where they cool and freeze to form snow.

This is not a simple task but is possible
It is however not practicle to try to make snow without a air compressor.
